I'm an analyst at OECD's Semiconductor Informal Exchange Network (SIEN). The goal of SIEN is to bring together senior government officials to exchange on semiconductor market data and policy information with a view to develop semiconductor policies and enhance resilience of semiconductor value chains through international collaboration.
Before joining OECD in September 2024, I was leading the Global Chip Dynamics program at interface ─ a non-party, non-profit, independent tech-policy think tank in Berlin, Germany.
This is my worklog, a place where I collect my papers, analyses, testimonies, interviews, podcasts, etc. Since 2020, my work focuses on the nexus of geopolitics and the global semiconductor value chain, how resilient it is to external shocks and geoeconomic measures and how best to strengthen the resilience of this transnational value chain. Before that I worked on 5G security and the challenge of how to assess the trustworthiness of mobile equipment vendors.
